Description
The Carrier HK02ZB081 is a low-pressure switch which is a safety device of your HVAC system. It is used as a pressure monitor and is fitted in all Carrier air conditioners and heat pumps that use R-22 or R-410A refrigerant, the pressure of the refrigerant within the system varies. The HK02ZB081 is set up to read to a certain range, in this case 95-50 PSI. If the refrigerant pressure goes below 50 PSI, the switch energizes, and the electrical supply is cut off.
