Description
The Carrier HD46MQ148 ECM Blower Motor regulates airflow by converting electrical input into variable-speed rotational airflow to control air delivery in furnace, air handler, and packaged HVAC systems with a 3/4 horsepower ECM design to control airflow precisely and compatible with system-specific programming. It works with electronically commutated motor technology which varies speed with control signals, and enables the correct response of airflow under different load conditions. It is attached to the fan section and control interface and is secured in the blower assembly. Its operation supports in maintaining steady airflow, better energy efficiency and steady system operation.
