The Carrier HC38GE228 Condenser Fan Motor is an essential part of your air conditioning and heating system’s outside unit, or condenser. This motor operates the fan of the condenser thus drawing air across the condenser coils. The air surrounding the refrigerant coils heats up as it warms up from the heat it is absorbing from the refrigerant. It is a PSCmotor, an efficient running design that is widely used in condenser fan systems. It has a voltage of 208 – 230 volts, has an output of 1/5 horsepower, and rotates the fan blade at 810 RPM in the clockwise direction.
