Description
The Carrier HC30CK241 Draft Inducer Motor is used to assist in the movement of combustion air and the removal of exhaust of flue gases in HVAC systems. Its main role is to ensure controlled airflow by using the furnace heat exchanger by pushing fresh air into the combustion chamber and removing it by venting. The two-speed design permits the choice of a suitable airflow based on the load conditions, and installation is through the process of mounting the draft and wiring it into the control board according to equipment requirements.
