Description
The Carrier EF19XS027 solenoid coil is a 24v 15-watt an essential part in many HVAC systems. As a switch, it works on electro-magnetism rather than physical contact. When energized with 24V DC power the coil generates a magnetic field and opens or closes a valve in the HVAC equipment. It is a valve that controls the temperature and pressure of the flow of refrigerant or other fluid in the system. The solenoids respond faster than traditional mechanical valves and can be electronically controlled, which increases overall system efficiency and precision.
