Description
The Carrier CAELHEAT007A00 Electric Heat Package is a combustion component used to provide either supplemental or primary heat in air handling units and rooftop HVAC systems. It has 240 volts, three-phase, rated at 15 kW, and it can be installed to add air temperature to conditioned air passing through the elements. That installed in commercial or larger residential air handlers activates in colder temperatures. Its purpose in the system is the provision of thermal energy to the airflow to facilitate the heating requirement as outlined in the space.
