The Carrier 345585-75110 Inducer motor Assembly is installed in many Carrier systems and plays a vital role in the functionality of these systems. It is a small motorized fan, which is built to draw air into the combustion chamber and then dispel it out of the engine. This process is essentialfor several reasons. First, it provides a secure disposal of combustion products such as carbon monoxide. Second, it allows sustaining a correct negative pressure inside the furnace for achieving successful airflow and proper fuel burning. The inducer assembly is equipped with a 1/16 HP motor and a standard 208-230 volt AC power supply. It is intended for single-phase electrical systems and operates at 50 / 60 Hz frequency.
