Description
The Carrier 0843P-0830 Temperature Sensor is a reading component that is developed to measure the air or surface temperature conditions in the HVAC systems. It detects variations in temperature, and sends resistance-based signals to control boards to regulate the system. It has a probe length of 18 inches and has a thermistor element of Type 2, 10K OHM, to give calibrated response characteristics. The element changes the resistance with temperature changes which facilitates proper control input. It has a steady temperature control and system feedback during cooling and heating processes.
