The Carnes AXBAG Pneumatic Actuator is designed for use in Variable Air Volume systems, providing precise control over airflow in HVAC systems, especially for the regulation of dampers and valves. It has a double-acting design and uses a rack, and pinion system that gives it a non-backlash operation in both directions. The actuator is made of lightweight aluminum for corrosion and durability to cater to different industrial applications such as valve operation, damper control, conveyors, and robotic actuators. It has an in-built air filter and lubricator to make the machine maintenance-free thereby increasing its reliability factor.
