The Browning 2VP71X Variable Pitch Sheave is used in HVAC systems to drive the fan and transmit power while offering variable pitch. This cast iron sheave has two grooves and has a 1-3/8″ bore size which allows for the use of different belts and shaft sizes. Through the variation of the pitch diameter of the sheave, the operators can be able to have close control of the speed of driven equipment such as fans, blowers, and pumps.
