Description
The BASO Gas Products K19AT-24H Super Slim Jim Universal Thermocouple produces a compact electrical output in millivolts when heated by a pilot flame, allowing gas valve operation in standing pilot ignition setups. It uses dissimilar metal junctions that generate voltage through temperature difference at the probe tip, converting heat exposure into a low-level signal that maintains pilot continuity in HVAC systems. It is housed near the pilot flame for direct heat contact and consistent signal generation. The 24-inch probe length provides extended reach for varied burner layouts, while the universal connector layout allows compatibility across multiple valve types.
