Description
The BASO Gas Products H15HQ-5C 3/8″ × 3/8″ Millivolt Automatic Shutoff Pilot Gas Valve for Natural to LP Gas 1/2 PSI is a safety control tool that manages pilot fuel flow and ensures a mechanical shutdown during flame-loss conditions. It operates through a volt-powered thermoelectric system that keeps the fuel supply open only when a valid pilot flame signal is present, and it closes instantly when flame detection is lost to prevent unsafe conditions. In HVAC systems used in gas-fired heating equipment such as furnaces, boilers, and unit heaters, it is positioned within the pilot gas line to regulate ignition and shutdown safety.
