Description
The Bard HVAC 8612-018 is a four-unit lead-lag control circuit board created exclusively for Bard HVAC units. By controlling the operation of up to four air handling units sequentially, it maximizes a building’s comfort and energy efficiency. The board keeps an eye on the humidity and temperature in the several zones that the AHUs service. This data is used to determine the best order of operation for the AHUs, making sure that each unit only runs when essential and for the lowest amount of time. By using a sequencing method, the overall energy consumption is reduced and the equipment wear and tear is minimized. Lead lag management also contributes to the building’s overall constant temperature and humidity levels.
