Description
The Bard HVAC 5060-082BX Evaporator Coil is a heat exchange component used to take in the thermal energy of the circulating air as part of the cooling process. It works by passing refrigerant through several tubes and fin surfaces while conditioned air passes across the coil, allowing heat to transfer to both the air and refrigerant. The idea relies on controlling how refrigerants move and how they touch surfaces to improve heat exchange efficiency. It is installed either in the air handler, or in the inside area and hooked to the refrigerant system.
