Description
The Amana-Goodman HKTAD151 Heat Kit is a supplemental electric heating system to compatible forced-air HVAC systems. It provides 15 kW of heat by using exactly designed resistance elements that are mounted in the air handler, which operates in conjunction with furnaces and ventilators to ensure the same indoor temperatures. It is built into the existing electrical circuits and ductwork, which is efficient in terms of heat distribution within the variable-load conditions. It is intended to be used in residential & light commercial systems, and it improves the system performance by aiding quick warm-up and consistent airflow in system parameters.
