Description
The Amana-Goodman CAPTA3626C3 Thermal Expansion Valve (TXV) Coil Cabinet is a flow control component that is used to regulate the inlet of refrigerant into the evaporator coil in units with R32 in HVAC systems. It is mounted in the cabinet of the refrigerant meter in the outside coil that measures the refrigerant depending on the load conditions and facilitates effective phase change and heat absorption. The valve is used in conjunction with the refrigeration circuit and pressure sensors to control the correct amount of superheat to ensure stable cooling operation.
