Description
The Amana-Goodman 30132189 Main Board works as the central control unit of the system, processing input signals from thermostats, sensors, and safety switches to coordinate the sequenced operation of all connected outputs within the unit. It reads incoming data continuously and sends output commands that regulate ignition sequencing, blower motor operation, gas valve control, and fault detection based on programmed logic and live system feedback. Mounted within the electrical cabinet of furnaces and air handlers, it connects to HVAC systems at the control panel using standoffs and terminal blocks, with the wiring harness routed to each connected output.
