The Amana-Goodman 0162L00012S Flowrator W/Cooper Stub Assembly is an essential part of residential and light commercial HVAC systems. This assembly includes a Flowrator which is a tool that regulates and measures the amount of refrigerant in the system. The Flowrator works in a way that it uses a variable orifice to control the flow of the refrigerant. They offer a pressure drop differential that is inversely proportionate to the flow of the refrigerant thus the greater the flow of refrigerant in the circuit the wider the orifice and vice versa.
