The Advanced Distributor Products 65540600 A/C Thermal Expansion Valve (TXV) with Bleed is an essential component that is used where the facilities that require R22 refrigerant HVAC systems are used. This decides amount of refrigerant that flow to evaporator coil to maintain the right amount of superheat. It works by varying the amount of refrigerant flowing through the evaporator; the more the load, the more the TXV allows more refrigerant to flow into the evaporator and prevents liquid refrigerant from damaging the compressor. The bleed feature helps to control system pressure and increases the performance during the low load operation.
