Description
The ABB ACH180-04S-03A7-2 Variable Frequency Drive Type OP 3.5 AMP 240V/3PH is an electronic controller in a motor to control the speed and torque of three-phase motors. It is installed between the source of power and the motors of the HVAC systems to regulate the frequency and voltage of electricity to suit operational needs, allowing variable speed control. In HVAC, the drive enhances the effective work of fans, pumps and compressors, optimizing the performance of the motor, reducing energy use, and making the system responsive.
