Description
The U006-0007 Veris Industries spot leak detector is designed to detect conductive fluids at a single point, making it ideal for small, confined areas like air conditioning drip pans and small rooms. The device features a 14-foot leader cable and a dry contact relay output, which allows it to signal an alarm system or other equipment in the event of a leak. Here’s how it works: the U006-0007 uses sensors to detect the presence of conductive fluids. When it comes in contact with a conductive liquid, the sensor completes an electrical circuit, which triggers the relay output. This, in turn, can be used to activate an alarm, shut down equipment, or send an alert to a monitoring system. The U006-0007 is a versatile and cost-effective solution for leak detection in various HVAC applications, including air conditioning units, chillers, boilers, and heat exchangers.
