Description
The Rheem-Ruud 61-108688-01K Thermal Expansion Valve (TXV) W/Distributor & Liquid Line is a refrigerant metering assembly that regulates flow entering the evaporator. The valve responds to operating conditions and adjusts refrigerant delivery, while the distributor divides the flow among the evaporator circuits in HVAC systems The liquid line provides the refrigerant passage leading into the assembly. Used in cooling equipment, this arrangement controls the amount of refrigerant supplied to the heat-transfer section according to changing load conditions.
