Description
The Heatcraft Refrigeration 5595P Drain Line Heater prevents the freezing of condensate drain lines, by continually supplying heat to the piping. Its length is 18 feet, and the heating in HVAC systems is electrically heated, maintaining the drain lines at a temperature above the freezing point. It operates by producing a controlled heat cable and passing the heat directly to the drain line to prevent the formation of ice. It is laid with condensate drainage paths and is connected to piping to facilitate continuous flow. Its operation assists in the prevention of blockages, and the maintenance of the system operation.
