The Siemens Building Technology 277-03187 N/C 2-Way Valve Assembly is used to control the flow of fluids in the HVAC systems to offer a modulated flow of heating, cooling, and circulation uses. It operates through the actuator signals by moving the valve position to ensure that the system is balanced by changing the flow between inlet and outlet ports. This has a 1-1/2″ valve body, 25 Cv flow capacity, 5 PSI span, and an 8-inch actuator that is compatible with the normal building control systems. The installation is done through secure pipe integration and electrical connection.
