Description
The Trane FUS02300 Fast Acting Fuse is a high-capacity protective electrical fuse used in power distribution systems to safeguard equipment from short circuits, and overload conditions in HVAC systems. It is designed as a fast-acting Class T-effective fuse that responds quickly to fault currents helping to prevent damage to compressors drives, and control components. It is installed in commercial units, and power panels where high voltage up to 600V and high current loads of 80 amps are present. By interrupting excessive electrical flow instantly, it protects system components and supports safe, reliable operation of equipment under demanding operating conditions.
