Description
The Sporlan Controls 149022 Evaporator Pressure Regulator Valve is a flow control component that regulates the constant evaporator pressure by adjusting the flow of refrigerant based on the conditions of the system in HVAC systems and refrigeration equipment. It uses a 1-1/8″ ODF connection and has a 0-100 PSI adjustment range to avoid pressure drops that may cause coil freezing, and unstable operation. It is located in the suction line below the evaporator to assist in the maintenance of controlled pressure, stabilization of temperature conditions, and consistency of cooling performance in commercial applications.
