Description
The Rheem-Ruud AS-104395-08 Micro Channel Coil is a heat transfer component used to achieve effective thermal interaction between refrigerant and air in HVAC systems. Its main purpose is to enable the refrigerant to emit or absorb heat as the air is passed across the surfaces to enhance the heat rejection or absorption of the system. The multi-tube and fin shape of the coil improves, the thermal transfer contact area. It entails fixing the coil inside the outdoor or indoor unit frame, and hooking it to the refrigerant lines.
