Description
The York S1-015-05478-004 Scroll Compressor is a thermal expansion unit that is utilized in residential and commercial air conditioning and heat pump HVAC systems. It has a scroll design which operates on R-410A and 208-230V/1PH electrical supply and compresses the low-pressure refrigerant vapour into a high-pressure and high-temperature state, which allows the efficient heat rejection at the outdoor condenser coil and regulates the flow of refrigerant during the cooling cycle. This compressor is installed in the outside condensing unit and is connected to the electrical and refrigerant lines of the system and is the mechanical part of the refrigeration loop.
