Description
The Watts F382589 Boiler Relief Valve is used to protect the systems by automatically discharging pressure to prevent over pressurization. In HVAC systems such as residential and commercial hydronic boilers, it has a 1″ X 1-1/4″ connection that could be easily connected to piping and pressure relief lines. When the stress in the system is higher than the required values, the valve opens to ensure secure operation. This is done by controlling the pressure within the boiler and assists in ensuring that the system operates normally.
