Description
The Viessmann 7874312 Ignition Electrode with Gasket is a component of the combustion sealing of boilers and heating HVAC systems. The electrode produces the spark, which triggers the ignition of fuel in the combustion chamber when the control system requires heat, and the gasket that goes with it forms a gas-tight seal at the mounting interface to avoid leakage. This electrode is installed at the burner assembly and is used together with the boiler control module and gas valve to initiate combustion to a high degree.
