Description
The Sporlan Controls 169521 Thermal Expansion Valve (TXV) is a refrigerant metering part that regulates the flow of R410A refrigerant into the evaporator to maintain the proper superheat level in HVAC systems. It features 5/8″ ODF inlet and 7/8″ ODF outlet connections for brazed installation within the refrigerant line while the 5-foot capillary tube positions the sensing bulb at the suction line to accurately monitor refrigerant temperature. It continuously adjusts refrigerant flow in response to evaporator load changes, maintaining balanced heat absorption, stable evaporator operation and consistent cooling performance throughout the refrigeration cycle.
