Description
The SOLER & PALAU 304SS12 12 inch x 12 inch Stainless Steel Wall Shutter designed to be installed in ventilation systems to control airflow and prevent backdraft to ensure that air moves in the HVAC systems are controlled during operation. It works based on gravity or airflow pressure which opens the blades when air is released and closes them when airflow ceases, limiting reverse air entry. The shutter is installed over wall-mounted exhaust openings, and is positioned to match duct terminations to direct airflow correctly. Its operation assists in the control of airflow, minimizes undesirable air infiltration, and promotes effective ventilation operation.
