Description
The Siemens Industrial Controls 3RT2016-1AM21 Power Contactor is an electromechanical switching component used for controlling power circuits in motors and electrical loads. It is installed in control panels of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems where remote switching of compressors, fans, and pumps is required in HVAC systems. The unit operates with a 208 V AC coil and a 9 A rated current capacity, featuring a 3-pole contact structure with one normally open auxiliary contact for control signaling. In application, it is integrated into electrical assemblies to manage load switching within system operation circuits.
