Description
The Regal Rexnord – Marathon CG381 General Purpose Motor drives mechanical components by converting electrical energy into rotational movement to move air and fluids in air handler, condenser, and pump HVAC systems, with a 2-horsepower rating, 1725 RPM speed and a dual voltage 115/208-230 V design to allow flexible installation to fit it. It works by way of an induction motor design, which provides constant shaft rotation to drive attached assemblies like fans or pumps. It is connected to the electrical supply and control circuit mounted on the equipment base, and directly to the driven load.
