Description
The Daikin-McQuay 6024014 Thermistor Assembly Gas is a temperature-sensing element to monitor heat variations in gas-related sections of equipment. It operates through a thermistor that changes electrical resistance in response to temperature fluctuations, sending signals to connected control circuits for regulation of operating conditions. Across HVAC equipment, it is commonly integrated in gas-fired systems to track temperature changes within combustion or airflow zones. Mounted near the sensing area, it is connected to the control wiring harness, allowing continuous temperature feedback for coordinated system response and steady thermal monitoring during operation.
