Description
The Daikin-McQuay 113101901 Thermal Expansion Valve (TXV) is used to control the refrigerant flow in cooling circuits in HVAC systems. It has 7/8″ X 1-5/8″ connections and a 60-inch capillary tube to provide accurate metering of refrigerant depending on the load of the system. It must be installed in a proper way and firmly connected to evaporator coils and sensing bulbs. It provides optimum superheat in the system, efficient heat exchange, and stable compressor operation and assists to provide consistent cooling performance and efficient operation during normal refrigeration cycles.
