The Copeland Comfort Control (Alco) 066136 Oil Separator Welded is a refrigerant system component used to separate oil from refrigerant vapor returning from compressors by slowing and redirecting gas flow so oil droplets can be collected and sent back to the compressor. It is connected in refrigeration lines of condensers, heat pumps, and large cooling systems in HVAC Systems where it is welded into the piping network for secure flow handling, and the 5/8″ connection size supports stable refrigerant movement while improving oil control across commercial and industrial cooling applications.
