Description
The Carrier KFFEH8601C10 Electric Heat Kit with Circuit Breaker is a supplemental electric heat component used to deliver up to 10kW of resistance heat to compatible air handlers and packaged units in HVAC systems. It is operated on a 230 V single-phase supply and mounts in the internal airflow of the unit and used a circuit breaker to provide built-in overcurrent protection. It is used in conjunction with system controls to provide extra heat when cold. It helps to maintain temperature, and coordinate the work during heating cycles.
