Description
The Broan-NuTone BKR60 Bath Fan Quick Kit 1.2A 60 CFM 120V removes moisture and stale air from sealed washroom spaces by moving air through an internal fan assembly. It operates using an electric motor that drives a centrifugal impeller, creating airflow that extracts humid air and directs it through the exhaust duct. Within HVAC systems, it is placed in ceiling ventilation sections to manage air exchange and reduce humidity buildup. Its electrical rating defines input compatibility and airflow output, enabling steady ventilation, reducing condensation on surfaces, and maintaining air movement through connected exhaust pathways.
