Description
The Bradford White 415-46075-00 Titanium Anode Rod is a part of corrosion protection used in water heaters and hydronic units that have hot water storage in HVAC systems. It has a 3/4″ NPT and helps to reduce corrosion of the inside of the tank by acting as a preferential reactive surface in hostile water. It is used in practice to increase the service life of standalone water heaters that heat spaces with heated water or provide the supply of the same. It works within the system to maintain internal protection on surfaces in the system when the equipment is running.
