Description
The Taco SR501-EXP-4 1-Zone Expandable Switching Relay controls the operation of heating equipment by managing power distribution between thermostats, circulators, and boiler controls. It operates through an internal relay mechanism that responds to thermostat signals, enabling coordinated switching operation in HVAC systems such as hydronic heating and boiler applications. Featuring a single-zone expandable confi guration, it can integrate with additional relay panels for multi-zone system setups. Mounted within the control area, it simplifies I/O wiring connections and supports organised control management. Its operation can improve system coordination, reduce wiring complexity, and maintain heating performance.
