Description
The Trane VAL11527 2-Way Butterfly Valve with Actuator is used to control the flow of water in piping elements that are applied in temperature control. It has an 8-inch valve size, a 200 PSIG pressure rating and a 115V-powered actuator that allows an internal butterfly disc to be turned to either open or close the passage of fluids through the pipeline. Control signals to the actuator cause the disc, to move, thereby changing the flow in response to changes in the HVAC systems. These water circulation lines are linked to coils pumps or heat exchangers.
