Description
The Mueller Industries A16472 is an NPT Angle Receiver Valve, used in HVAC systems and any other pressurized systems. Made of stainless steel and extremely small but robust, it acts as a valve to control the flow of a piping system’s fluid. This valve fits into the existing pipe, it has two 1/4-inch NPT female threaded ports at 90° from each other. The valve regulates the flow of fluids or gases inside an enclosure through a handle or a lever. There are two positions, when the handle is turned a certain way to open the valve and allow flow through a pipe, and the other direction to close the valve and arrest flow through the pipe.
