Description
The Trane BRD00741 CTI Interface Board is an electronic control that is used to allow communication between a comfort thermostat and HVAC systems. It converts user-level control signals into commands that can be processed by the controller of the system and coordinates the activities, of fan speed, heating or cooling need, and mode choice. It is fitted in the air handler or control panel and connects the thermostat input to the main control logic. It is used to assist in the correct interpretation of signals and system response which supports effectively controlling temperature and coordinating systems.
