Description
The Trane BNR00057 Pilot Burner Assembly is a flame-producing unit that creates the ignition source required before the main burner begins firing. Fuel passes through its internal passage, forming a controlled flame that transfers ignition to the primary combustion section in HVAC systems. Secure attachment within the designated housing keeps the flame correctly aligned for dependable startup. Proper operation encourages uniform combustion, smooth burner activation, balanced fuel distribution, improved thermal output, minimized ignition interruptions, steady heat generation, efficient energy utilization, dependable equipment response and consistent operating stability across successive heating cycles.
