Description
The Heatcraft Refrigeration 22539504 Start Capacitor is a motor start component used to provide an initial electrical power for single-phase compressors and motors. It carries a capacitance range of 145175 microfarads and operates at 330 volts AC, typically used in refrigeration and air-moving equipment where short-duration starting torque is required. In HVAC systems, it is commonly applied in condenser units and refrigeration circuits to assist compressor startup during each cycle. It is placed in the starting circuit of the compressor assembly, where it supports initial motor rotation before being disengaged once normal operation begins.
