Description
The Heatcraft Refrigeration SBFSEAAZP 1/4 – 1/2 -Ton Thermostatic Expansion Valve (TXV) Kit is used to control the flow of refrigerant to provide the correct amount of superheat cooling in HVAC systems. The kit will have 3/8″ x 1/2″ ODF connections with the valve and parts to install in the liquid line towards the evaporator coil and connect to the sensing bulb. It is installed during system assembly or service and regulates refrigerant flow based on load conditions. It’s meticulous dosing of refrigerant, which assists in avoiding coil flooding, facilitates better heat uptake, and helps in maintaining consistent system operation.
