Description
The Weil McLain 511-330-170 Natural Gas Pilot Assembly establishes the pilot flame required to ignite the burner during the ignition sequence. Gas delivered to the pilot outlet is ignited to produce a proper flame that remains available for burner startup when a heating signal is detected. Installed adjacent to the burner assembly, it operates with ignition controls and gas transmission components in HVAC systems to coordinate burner ignition. The pilot assembly maintains ignition through regulated gas flow, stable flame production, organized burner startup, balanced combustion control, and proper equipment operation.
