The Lennox 12K49 Heat Exchanger removes heat in the combustion gases and transfers it to the circulating air to assist in regulated heating and increasing airflow temperature. Designed with a 5-tube design in HVAC systems installed in furnace equipment, it enhances surface area to allow effective thermal exchange between airflow paths. It is installed in the heating section and assists to evenly distribute heat, stabilize the output level, increase thermal efficiency, stabilize the temperature of airflow, increase the performance of heat transfer, and provide the stable operation of heating in indoor comfort systems.
