Description
The Carrier CAHWCOIL002A00 Hot Water Unpainted Coil is a heat exchanger that is used in hydronic heating in air handlers and furnaces of HVAC systems. A boiler or water heater supplies hot water, which passes through the tubes of the coil and air moved by the system blower passes over the fins, transferring thermal energy into the airstream. This coil is mounted in air handler or furnace plenum of the blower and is a part of the airflow. In HVAC systems, it allows the proper circulation of warm air through the ductwork to ensure the maintenance of a constant temperature.
